Automotive Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals
• Work closely with sales staff to improve closing ratios and customer satisfaction
• Assist in deal structure, negotiations, and finance and insurance sales
• Support customer retention and repeat business initiatives
• Help maintain accountability for CRM activities, follow-up processes, and lead management
• Participate in daily sales meetings and performance coaching
• Foster a culture built on professionalism, transparency, and customer care
• Assist with operational and leadership responsibilities as assigned
• Support dealership management in achieving sales, gross profit, and customer experience objectives

Qualifications:

• Automotive sales management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to motivate and develop sales teams
• Experience structuring and closing automotive transactions

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
