What You’ll Do

As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead, mentor, and drive performance in a fast-paced, multi-franchise environment. Your focus will be team development, sales strategy, customer satisfaction, and overall dealership growth.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve performance and volume goals.

  • Build and maintain a high-energy, results-driven sales culture.

  • Collaborate with F&I, service, and other departments to streamline the customer experience.

  • Use CRM tools and performance analytics to drive accountability and results.

  • Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent.

  • Champion a customer-first approach across both stores.
