Your Role: Automotive Service Advisor

You’ll be the driving force behind our service department’s success. As the Service Drive Manager, you'll lead day-to-day operations, ensure our customers receive top-tier service, and motivate your team to reach new heights.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee service orders and technician workflow in the service drive

• Deliver a prompt, courteous, and exceptional service experience to every guest

• Be the go-to support for owners — both over the phone and in person

• Ensure technician time is efficiently sold and managed daily

• Provide accurate technical answers and guidance on vehicle issues

• Assist with parts orders, warranty claims, and diagnostics

• Train, lead, and support your service team with professionalism

• Foster a team environment built on trust, accountability, and growth

• Maintain factory relations and uphold compliance with laws and standards
