Position: Service Advisor 

As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a critical role in delivering a seamless service experience for our customers. You’ll manage the flow of service operations, support technicians, and ensure top-notch customer care — all while keeping the drive lane running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and manage workflow in the drive lane

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service

• Act as a concierge for all customer inquiries — in-person and over the phone

• Ensure technician hours are consistently and efficiently sold to customers

• Distribute work effectively between technicians

• Provide accurate technical answers about vehicle issues, warranties, and repairs

• Assist with diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering required parts/tools

• Maintain high Customer Success Index (CSI) scores

• Manage warranty claims and oversee service department training

• Reinforce company policies and ensure regulatory compliance

• Foster strong relationships with manufacturers and internal staff

Qualifications

• Organized and personable with a customer-first mindset

• Proven ability to lead and manage others effectively

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Strong track record in service and/or sales success

• High customer satisfaction results

• Self-motivated and team-oriented

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
