What You’ll Do:

  • Guide customers through the vehicle financing process with professionalism and clarity

  • Present finance and insurance options that meet customer needs and boost profitability

  • Secure approvals by working closely with a wide network of lenders

  • Prepare and finalize all financing documents with precision and attention to detail

  • Ensure every deal complies with federal, state, and local regulations

  • Audit deals post-sale to identify and implement process improvements

  • Help drive dealership performance by closing deals and funding contracts quickly

  • Stay current with industry certifications, trends, and lender programs

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in dealership finance & insurance (F&I) 

  • Strong understanding of financing structures and lender requirements

  • College degree or equivalent work experience

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proficient at desking deals and maximizing profitability

  • Knowledge of title laws and DMV processes

  • High level of personal integrity and professionalism

  • Valid driver’s license required
