Flat rate, no ceiling. Our techs are running anywhere from $36/hr to $60+/hr depending on speed and skill — what you make is up to you, not us.

Pay

• Flat rate — paid per book/flag hour, uncapped. Our range runs $36/hr to $60+/hr depending on production
• Guaranteed pay floor for your first 90 days while you learn our shop and build your book — no getting thrown onto flat rate with no net

Tools & Equipment

• Bring your standard hand tools like any shop expects — we cover the specialty and big-ticket equipment, so you're not sinking thousands into something you'll use twice a year
• Switching shops? We'll move your box. That's one less reason not to make the jump

Training

• We pay for ASE and GM certification training — and each certification you earn increases your hourly rate. More credentials, more per-hour pay, on top of more of the higher-paying jobs coming your way

The Work

• Steady volume — service and used vehicle reconditioning keep the bays full
• Work ranges from routine maintenance to complex diagnostic and repair, depending on where your skills are
• A well-equipped shop with the tools a serious tech actually needs
• We also run mobile service — if that's ever a fit for how you want to work, we're open to the conversation

Who Fits Here

• ASE certification is a plus, not a requirement, if the skill is there
