Automotive Sales BDC Representative (Service/Support)

Walt Massey Automotive Group is a fast growing automotive retail company, serving South Mississippi Alabama, and Florida . We are looking to add an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to our team as a Business Development Center(BDC) Representative. 

As a BDC Representative, you’ll be a part of a team of motivated professionals, seeking to assist with the growth and success of our company. 

Base Pay Range: $10-14/hour + Commission

Shifts Available: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound service calls and assist customers with scheduling maintenance or repair appointments.

• Schedule appointments efficiently to optimize shop capacity and improve customer convenience.

• Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

• Contact existing customers (phone, text, email) for upcoming maintenance, service reminders, or recall notifications.

• Attend weekly BDC and service team meetings during scheduled hours.

• Complete training modules and manufacturer courses as assigned.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer, every time.

Qualifications

• Previous Business Development Center (BDC) or call center experience is a plus!

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up ability.

• Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, and internet-based tools.

• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
