Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures

• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning

• Communicate directly with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of recommended services

• Provide accurate estimates for additional repairs

• Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• 5+ years of crysler Service Technician experience required

• ASE Certification Preferred

• A-Level experience including diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair

• Strong knowledge of Chrysler vehicles and new automotive technologies

• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Basic computer skills

• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• Ability to learn new technologies and repair procedures

• High school diploma or GED required

• Valid driver’s license required
