In this role, you'll be the hero behind the scenes, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience by scheduling sales appointments that drive qualified leads to our sales team.
Responsibilities:

Be the friendly voice scheduling sales appointments by phone and email.

Gather customer information, understand their needs, and match them with the perfect salesperson.

Confirm appointments, answer questions about our inventory and services, and build excitement for their visit.

Utilize our customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain a clear and organized schedule.

Proactively follow up with leads to ensure appointment confirmation and minimize cancellations.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative sales environment.
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in appointment scheduling or a related customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and exceeding expectations.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple appointments simultaneously.

Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
