What You’ll Do:

• Schedule service appointments by phone, online requests, and walk-ins

• Answer incoming Dealership calls promptly and professionally

• Assist customers with service-related questions and concerns

• Coordinate appointment times to maximize shop efficiency

• Communicate with service advisors and technicians to manage shop load

• Maintain accurate records of appointments and follow up with customers as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role (automotive experience a plus)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable working with computers and dealership software (Xtime or similar a plus)

• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
