What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring productivity and profitability.

• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork among service advisors and technicians.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and quality service.

• Monitor KPIs and develop strategies to continuously improve performance.

• Manage warranty claims, parts returns, and customer concerns to resolution.

• Recruit, train, and mentor service department staff to achieve their full potential.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Service Manager in an automotive dealership.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Ability to drive growth, improve processes, and motivate a team.

• Knowledge of dealership management systems (Dealer Track) is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
