Finance Manager

 currently seeking a top-notch professional to join our Finance Management Team . As an Automotive Finance Manager, you are responsible for producing revenue for the dealership by presenting and educating our clients on after-market products and services.

Job Duties:

• Work with customers to obtain financing through lenders on vehicle purchases
• Determine the customer's need for financing and explore payment options
• Ensure 100% compliance with all federal laws and regulations
• Offer vehicle financing and explain aftermarket products to customers 100% of the time
• Achieve targeted sales and finance department goal
• Job Qualifications:
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and staff
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task and time management
• Strong math skills and ability to problem solve
• Ability to work independently

Job Requirements:

• Finance: 1 year
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Pre-employment background check and drug test
• Must have basic computer and phone skills

• The estimated annual earnings for this position are $100,000 and up factoring in all forms of compensation including bonus, commission, and ancillary product incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
