What You Will Do (Day-to-Day)
- Diagnose & Repair: Identify issues and perform quality repairs on engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and climate control systems.
- Use Advanced Tech: Test-drive vehicles and utilize our brand-new diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Execute Work Orders: Complete repairs efficiently and accurately according to dealership and manufacturer warranty specifications.
- Collaborate: Communicate clearly with Service Advisors to keep customers updated on repair timelines and additional service needs.
What We Look For (Qualifications)
- Experience: 2+ years of Service Technician experience (Ford dealership experience is highly preferred).
- Certifications: B-level qualifications (including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair).
- Skills: Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to easily learn new vehicle technologies.
- Traits: A positive, team-first attitude with excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
