Experienced Collision Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and confident in writing accurate repair estimates while working closely with technicians, insurers, and customers.

 

  •    Write complete and accurate collision repair estimates    

 •    Communicate clearly with customers, insurance adjusters, and staff   

  •    Manage repair supplements and approvals   

  •    Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards    

 •    Maintain organized repair documentation and timelines

 

Qualifications:   

  •    Previous experience as a collision estimator (required)  

   •    Knowledge of estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.)    

 •    Strong communication and customer service skills   

  •    Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment   

  •    Attention to detail and commitment to quality
