Job Summary:
Volvo Shreveport is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales Manager. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team and driving the sales of our Volvo vehicles. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, including hiring, training, and coaching
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and create action plans to increase sales
- Communicate with upper management on sales performance, goals, and forecasts
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process for customers
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the auto industry
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
