Service Advisor
We’re looking for a Service Advisor to be the main point of contact between our customers and service team. You’ll greet customers, document vehicle concerns, communicate technician recommendations, and ensure a smooth, transparent service experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and open repair orders
- Communicate technician recommendations
- Present estimates and get service approvals
- Keep customers updated on vehicle status
- Coordinate drop-off and pickup
- Close out service tickets and review work performed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in a dealership or service role
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with DMS software (a plus)
- Valid driver’s license
Work Details
- On-site, fast-paced environment
- Frequent walking and standing
- Light lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Occasional exposure to noise or outdoor conditions
