We are seeking a motivated and friendly Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing phone inquiries, handling cashiering duties, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and directing calls as needed.
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Perform cashiering duties, including processing transactions and managing cash registers accurately.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy front office environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support other staff as required.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Hours are Monday - Thursday 11:30 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday 8 am to 5 pm.

 Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or office administration is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
