Customer Service Valet Porter

VW of Olympia is seeking a friendly and energetic individual to take outstanding care of our customers!   This individual will need to have excellent customer service skills and a “can-do” winning attitude. The Customer Service Valet Porter will assist the service advisors with customer shuttles, valet deliveries, document scanning, and cleaning. This is a fast-paced position where you will have multiple opportunities to make a positive impact on the customer’s experience.

• Full-time position, Monday- Friday, Hourly pay $17.13- $19.00/ hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Greets Service Customers promptly and warmly, establishing rapport with the customer
• Coordinate and provide valet pick-up service for scheduled appointments
• Drive service shuttle van and assist with drop off/pick up of customers
• Work closely with the Service team to ensure a great experience for customers
• Prepare documents for scanning
• Accurately and efficiently scan documents and verify they are indexed correctly
• Clean and maintain appearance of the dealership including customer waiting area, bathrooms, and break rooms
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Clean driving record and be insurable under the company’s insurance
• Know and be comfortable driving manual transmission and automatic transmission vehicles
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
• Lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) safely and efficiently
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, and noise
