VW of Olympia is looking for a highly motivated full-time Express Service Advisor that is focused on customer satisfaction to join our team.  This individual will provide leadership in motivating, managing and evaluating Service Technicians. The Express Service Advisor will efficiently coordinate, schedule and manage Service Technician's time, while maintaining the work order process.   • Hourly pay $16.66-$25.00/ hour depending on experience

  • Full-time position, that includes weekends. Must be willing to work weekends

Responsibilities:

 

  • Attitude is everything—greet service department customers promptly and courteously

  • Listen to customers needs and accurately document service request and rely to technician

  • Upsell recommended/additional services using low-pressure, high-integrity methods

  • Provide accurate estimates of repair/maintenance costs

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, ethics, and customer satisfaction.

  • Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress

  • Sell and manage extended warranties

  • Inspect repair quality and ensure that all work is complete

  • Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers

  • Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems

  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination.

  • Manual dexterity to manipulate small parts and tools.

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).

  • Flexibility to bend, stoop, and reach.

  • Clear vision and hearing to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.

  • Ability to withstand various weather conditions, such as heat, cold, or rain, when required to work outside
