As an Automotive Sales Associate, you’ll be a trusted guide throughout the vehicle selection process. Exceptional customer experiences matter most—and that means listening, understanding individual needs, and building meaningful connections. Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and help them find a vehicle tailored to their needs
• Introduce product benefits and optional features in a supportive, clear manner
• Offer test drives to all prospects, securing identification and ensuring safety
• Track your goals (sales performance, follow-ups, etc.) and reflect on your approach to improve
• Participate in coaching and feedback sessions to refine your skills and sales style
