Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow care plans and report any changes in patient progress
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Monitor vital signs and medication reminders

Requirements

• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in home care preferred
