Registered Nurse

Description of the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at Viventium Home Care Agency, Inc., you will work in a Skilled Nursing facility providing high-quality care to patients in need.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing patients' health and providing appropriate care
• Administering medications and treatments
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
• Monitoring and recording patients' conditions
• Assisting with rehabilitation and therapy

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing facility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
