Competitive Pay + Multiple Ways to Earn More!

Base Pay: $13.00–$16.00/hour based on experience

Plus, you can earn additional money through shift differentials!

Start at $15/hour and see how much you could earn:

• Weekday Regular Shift: $15/hour
• Weekend Shift: $17/hour
• Weekday ER Shift: $17/hour
• Weekend ER Shift: $19/hour
• Weekday Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $18/hour
• Weekend Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $21/hour!

Other ways to earn:

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Monthly, quarterly & annual performance bonuses
• Referral bonuses of up to $1,000 per hire

No Experience? No Problem!

You don't need years of experience to become a CAREgiver. We provide paid orientation and comprehensive training through our Caregiver Development Program.

You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing education, and additional training in areas such as dementia and palliative care so you feel confident providing exceptional care.

Become a Mentor

Experienced CAREgivers can participate in our 6-week mentoring program, where they support and guide new team members. Mentors serve as role models while helping new CAREgivers build confidence and succeed in their roles.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Reliable and dependable

• Able to provide a valid driver's license or state ID
• Ready to help seniors remain safely at home

What You'll Do

As a Visiting Angels CAREgiver, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical care, including:

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities
• Companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Errands and appointment assistance
• Medication reminders
• Dementia and Alzheimer's care
• Helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life

• 4, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Regular, ER, and Angel Visit opportunities
