We’re currently seeking a Full-Time CNA Scheduler to help us match the right caregivers with the clients who need them the most. What You’ll Do

• Coordinate caregiver schedules to match client care plans and preferences
• Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers, clients, and families regarding scheduling needs
• Respond promptly to call outs and make quick, effective scheduling adjustments
• Support onboarding and orientation of new caregivers
• Keep scheduling software and caregiver records up to date
• Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and quality of care
• Work closely with other coordinators and leadership to maintain seamless daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA preferred)
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in scheduling/staffing (preferably in home care or healthcare)
• Tech Skills: Familiar with scheduling platforms like ClearCare/WellSky, (or similar)
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem solving and multitasking abilities
• Personality: Compassionate, professional, detail-oriented, and customer-serviced focused
• Availability: Flexibility to handle occasional on-call duties and after-hours support
• Transportation: Reliable and ready to go when needed
