We are expanding our team in Allison Park, Gibsonia, North Hills, and surrounding areas, and we’re looking for caring individuals who want meaningful, one-on-one work with seniors in their homes.

Additional Pay Incentives:

• +$2/hour weekend differential
• +$3/hour for couple care assignments

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate one-on-one care in clients’ homes
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility and light exercise
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Run errands and provide transportation
• Follow each client’s individualized Home Plan of Care

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check and interview screening
• Prior caregiving experience preferred, but not required

Skills & Physical Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Calm, flexible, and professional demeanor
• Professional appearance with a commitment to quality care
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to navigate stairs and assist with client mobility
