Job duties include but are not limited to: 

• Sales of glasses and contacts

• Provide exceptional customer service to all of our patients

• Pricing and filing patients’ vision insurance plans

• Coordinate patient care with doctors and other staff

• Trouble shooting patient vision issues

• Answering phones and responding to emails

Requirements:

A successful candidate will have the following qualities: 

• At least one year of retail sales required

• One year of optical sales is preferred but not required

• Strong customer service skills 

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Strong computer skills

• Interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
