Sweet Paris — Barista

Position Summary

As a Barista at Sweet Paris, you are an important part of creating an exceptional guest experience. You will prepare and serve high-quality beverages while providing friendly, welcoming, and attentive service. The ideal Barista is energetic, team-oriented, detail-focused, and passionate about delivering great products and memorable experiences to our guests. 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, specialty drinks, and other beverages according to Sweet Paris standards and recipes.
• Provide warm, friendly, and attentive service to every guest.
• Take accurate orders and process transactions efficiently.
• Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and portioning.
• Follow all Sweet Paris recipes, preparation procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and beverage station.
• Properly operate and maintain coffee, espresso, and beverage equipment.
• Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items to leadership.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures.
• Maintain proper product handling, storage, and rotation.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning procedures.
• Work closely with the crepe and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the team during busy periods and step in wherever needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate urgency while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Help create an inviting and enjoyable Sweet Paris experience for every guest.

Guest Experience

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and a genuine smile.
• Provide knowledgeable and helpful recommendations when appropriate.
• Listen carefully to guest requests and ensure orders are prepared correctly.
