The Impact You'll Make
 
As an Automotive Technician on our fleet maintenance team, you’ll be more than a mechanic — you’ll be a trusted partner to the businesses that keep our city running. Your expertise will directly reduce costly breakdowns, extend vehicle life, and ensure our customers’ fleets are always operational. From delivery vans to service trucks, you’ll keep the wheels turning for industries that depend on us every day.
 
What You'll Do
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of fleet vehicles, including light- and medium-duty trucks, vans, and specialty vehicles.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Complete inspections and ensure all vehicles meet safety and compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers about needed repairs and timelines.
  • Collaborate with our scheduling teams to prioritize urgent repairs and minimize downtime.
  • Recommend proactive maintenance strategies to help customers avoid future issues. 
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of hands-on automotive and/or diesel repair experience (fleet maintenance experience a plus).
  • ASE/Manufacturer Certifications (Preferred)
  • Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment. 
  • Knowledge of brake systems, suspension, electrical systems, and engine repair. 
  • Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus) and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently. 
  • A customer-first mindset and pride in delivering quality, reliable work.

  • Strong automotive background
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Must have clean & valid driver's license
  • Must be willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
