We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Accessory Sales Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service.
As an Automotive Accessory Sales Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customer looking to enhance their vehicles. You will guide them through our extensive product lines, provide expert recommendations and coordinate with our installation team to ensure a seamless experience from sale to installation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting the right automotive accessories for their specific needs and interests.
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries regarding automobile accessories.
- Explain performance of the chosen accessory and its benefits to customers.
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Communicate with customer on parts status
- Receive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
- Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
- Provide high level service to internal and external customers.
- Provide follow-up services to customers to inspire repeat and referral business.
- Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
- Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit an emergency order, if necessary.
- Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
- Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up
- Keep abreast of new and the latest automobile products and accessories.
- Display automobile accessories in a store in an organized manner.
- Maintain and manage automobile accessories and parts inventory control.
- Coordinate and assist other sales persons in the store.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Have experience with auto parts sales (preferred)
- Are able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Have strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screeniing and background check
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
