What You'll Be Doing:

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated individual to join our body shop crew! As a Painter Apprentice, you’ll support the repair and maintenance of vehicles — prepping, cleaning, painting, and making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll be working side-by-side with experienced technicians who’ll help you sharpen your skills and grow in the trade.

Your daily to-do list:

• Prep vehicles for repair (think: disassembly, cleaning, organizing)
• Help with fixing and replacing damaged parts.
• Sand and prep surfaces for painting
• Assist in painting and finishing work.
• Keep the shop and tools clean and ready to go.
• Follow safety guidelines like a pro.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED
Some experience in a body shop or auto repair setting (a plus, not a must)
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Solid communication and people skills
Physically able to lift heavy objects and stay on your feet for long stretches
