Full Time Home Health Aide

Job Summary:

Village Caregiving is seeking an In Home Caregiver for their La Crosse, WI location. This individual will provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes. This position can be part time or full time depending on caregivers availability and what they prefer.  Hours would be Monday thru Friday day shift. 

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $16 to $25, depending on experience and qualifications. The caregiver will be paid semi-monthly and will also have the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes; companionship.
- Help clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Meal preparation.
- Administer medication reminders.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care provided.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate reliability and professionalism.
