Position Overview:
Village Caregiving is currently hiring reliable and caring Home Health Aides (HHAs) to deliver personalized, in-home support to clients in the Bryan area. In this role, you will make a meaningful difference by promoting comfort, independence, and overall well-being for those in your care.

Primary Duties:

• Support clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Offer companionship and emotional encouragement while engaging clients in meaningful activities
• Carry out care based on individualized service plans
• Assist with light housekeeping and basic meal preparation
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment

Qualifications:

• Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of Ohio
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Kind, patient, and compassionate attitude
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home setting
