Job Summary

Village Caregiving is seeking caring and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personalized, in-home support to clients in the Wauseon area. In this role, you will help clients maintain their independence while improving their comfort and quality of life.

Primary Duties

• Support clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance overall well-being
• Carry out care based on each client’s individualized service plan
• Assist with light household tasks and basic meal preparation
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment

Requirements

• Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in Ohio
• Strong communication and people skills
• A caring, patient, and reliable attitude
• Ability to work independently in a home care setting
