Village Caregiving is hiring Home Health Aides/Caregivers in Ripley, TN and surrounding area. PRN shifts available.

Home Health Aides are responsible for providing non-medical caregiving services to seniors in their homes. We have immediate openings and offer raises.

Home Health Aide Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow personalized care plans
• Assist with housekeeping and meal preparation

Home Health Aide Requirements:

• Certified as a Home Health Aide (HHA), STNA, CNA or MA in Tennessee (training available if not licensed)
• Excellent communication skills
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Valid Driver's License
