Location: Weirton, WV 
Compensation: $13.50 – $16.50/hour

Position Overview

Village Caregiving is currently hiring caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home assistance to clients. This role focuses on supporting daily living activities and promoting client independence in a home setting.

Training is provided for all new hires, regardless of prior experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including hygiene and dressing
• Support client mobility, including transfers and ambulation
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Complete light housekeeping tasks
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Provide transportation for essential needs when required
• Maintain communication with supervisors and care teams

Minimum Qualifications

• Dependable and professional demeanor
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to follow care instructions
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Must meet pre-employment requirements
