Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed CNA caregiver to provide personalized and compassionate care to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a heart for service, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Support light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the Care Coordinator.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in Wyoming.

• Home Health Aide endorsement on a CNA license strongly preferred.

• Licensed CNAs without a Home Health Aide endorsement are welcome to apply but will be required to complete 16 hours of additional paid training prior to working with clients.

• Previous experience in home care, senior care, or a related field preferred.

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and follow a care plan.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to pass a background check.
