Auto Detail Technician

This is a hands-on detailing position. Primary responsibilities are to detail cars, while ensuring the highest level of performance and exceeding customer expectations. Job duties related to detailing include, but not limited to washing, waxing, high speed polishing, vacuuming, stain removal, and other general cleaning.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Exterior Detail: Wash, wax, polish, and seal vehicle exteriors using specialized products and equipment. This includes cleaning wheels, tires, and engine compartments. 
• Interior Detail: Clean and condition interior surfaces, including seats, dashboards, carpets, and upholstery. This may involve vacuuming, shampooing, and using specialized cleaners. 
• A high level of care is essential for achieving a pristine finish
• Maintain a clean workspace and adequate supplies at all times
• Have the necessary tools to complete the required work
• Required to move and park vehicles or transport them to and from different locations. 
• Complete work within standard labor hours; maintain a constant awareness of deadlines
• Final check own work to minimize having to re-work vehicle.
• Increase the stores ability to process more vehicles by maintaining an attitude of urgency
• Help promote team atmosphere by working collaboratively with the sales and service departments
• Saturday work hours required

Requirements:

• Clear and Valid Driver's License is required, no exception
• High school education or equivalent
• 1+ year of auto detail experience
• Must be available to work a schedule which includes weekday and every Saturday hours
• Must be highly reliable and have a solid work ethic
• Must be a hard-working team player, organized multi-tasker, patient, flexible, and a good communicator

Physical Requirements

• The job requires standing, walking, crouching, and bending for extended periods or time 

• May be required to lift heavy objects (up to 75 pounds)
