JOB OVERVIEW: BREAKFAST ATTENDANT (Part-Time)

Are you an early bird with a flair for hospitality and a heart for service? Join our team and help our guests start their day on a high note! As a Breakfast Attendant, you’ll be the smiling face behind our delicious breakfast service, delivering warm hospitality with every omelet.

Shift: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Compensation: $17.00/hr + TIPS!


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Set up and maintain a clean, welcoming breakfast area (ready to go by 7:00 AM!)

  • Create made-to-order omelets — channel your inner breakfast artist

  • Keep food and beverage items stocked and fresh throughout service

  • Tidy up like a pro — clean the buffet, kitchen area, and take out trash/recycling

  • Communicate with the F&B lead to restock inventory and supplies

  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and approachable way

  • Follow all sanitation and safety protocols to keep things sparkling

  • Be a team player who shows up on time, takes direction well, and supports a collaborative work environment

  • Other duties as assigned — we wear many hats (and occasionally chef hats)!


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Prior food & beverage service experience

  • Basic cooking skills (you don’t need to be a chef — just love breakfast!)

  • Positive, guest-focused attitude — people should love seeing you in the morning

  • Oregon Food Handler’s Card (or the ability to get one quickly)

  • Able to read, write, and speak English fluently


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

You’ll need to be comfortable being on your feet and moving around:

  • Frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs (sometimes up to 50 lbs)

  • Walk, stand, bend, reach, and use your hands

  • Reasonable accommodations are available if needed

SCHEDULE

  • Morning shifts only (6 AM – 12 PM)

  • Weekday availability a must

  • Weekend shifts as needed
