Green Roof Maintenance & Construction Technician

Intrinsic Landscaping Ohio is hiring for the 2025 season!  We are looking for motivated and hard-working individuals who are interested in being part of a growing industry.  We work on unique, complicated projects on buildings and at grade, and we don’t do any snow work. We are known for our attention to detail and ability to deliver high-end finishes for demanding clients. We enjoy what we do and we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team.  

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Salary: $25/hr 
• Employment Category: Seasonal (Approximately March through November)
• Paid time off
• Paid holidays

Job Responsibilities 

• Landscape Maintenance of Green Roofs and other green infrastructure systems
• Installation of new Green Roofs and other green infrastructure systems
• Follow written and verbal instructions from the crew leader and clients
• Load and unload equipment and tools into work vehicles
• Drive work vehicles to and from sites
• Adhere to all safety precautions
• Additional tasks, as required

Previous Experience    

• 1+ years landscape experience (preferred)
• Must hold valid Driver’s License and have a clean driving record (required)

Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of landscape equipment, including tractors, mowers, leaf blowers, and aerators
• Lift 50 pounds and handle the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, lifting, pulling, and climbing
• Communicate effectively; Bilingual is a plus
• Work well independently and with a team
