Position Summary

The AIT will work directly under an experienced Administrator to learn all aspects of facility operations, leadership, and regulatory compliance. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about quality care, strong team culture, and operational success. You’ll develop the knowledge and confidence to lead a skilled nursing facility in alignment with state and federal regulations.

 

Key Areas of Focus

  • Financial Operations — Budgeting, financial reports, and resource management

  • Customer Service — Building trust with residents, families, and staff

  • Business Development — Supporting census growth and community partnerships

  • Clinical Operations — Understanding care delivery and regulatory standards

The AIT will uphold policies related to patient care, staff support, financial controls, and public relations while learning to manage budgets and meet facility and division goals.
