Our Sales Associates are paid based on a commission structure, so income is only limited by your ambition level. During the first 12 months of employment, we will provide a “guaranteed minimum income” of $40,000 so that new associates can focus on learning the product and the "Eide way" of doing business instead of worrying about how much they will be getting paid. 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Present and explain financing and leasing options to customers.
  • Conduct test drives and highlight key vehicle features.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with potential and past customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed dealership sales targets and performance goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience is preferred but NOT REQUIRED.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Must have a professional appearance.
  • Must have a high school diploma
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
