As a trusted leader in the automotive industry, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to each customer.  We’re currently seeking a motivated and dependable Automotive Service Technician to join our team!

This position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm. Overtime may be available but is not required. Starting pay is $20- $24 or more an hour depending on experience and certifications with a full benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
• Perform routine service checks and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site solutions.
• Install and configure new equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a service technician role or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Will be required to perform and complete Ford online and in-person training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
