Join Our Team!
We're looking for a driven and knowledgeable HDD Tooling Sales Specialist to grow our customer base and provide expert support across an assigned territory. This is a high-impact, mobile role ideal for a mechanically minded sales professional with HDD industry experience. You will be paid a salary to start and then will move to salary + commission down the road.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Customer Development (75%)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the HDD industry
- Drive outbound calls, follow up on leads, and grow your territory
- Identify new opportunities and consignment accounts with support from the sales and parts teams
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and weekly call targets
Startups & Product Support (15%)
- Support HDD equipment startups on-site
- Educate customers on tooling usage, best practices, and performance
Administrative & Operational (10%)
- Create quotes and submit orders to the parts team
- Maintain accurate sales records and manage invoicing
- Keep truck inventory current and manage seasonal consignment programs
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years of HDD industry experience preferred.
- Spanish speaking bi-lingual a plus.
- B2B sales experience in construction or tooling sectors is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively (60,000-80,000 miles per year) in a company truck.
