Schedule: 

Day Shift w/ Overtime

Monday - Friday 

What you'll do: 

In this role, you’ll work closely with Vermeer Midwest Territory Managers to create an exceptional customer experience. You’ll serve as a product expert—demonstrating equipment, providing training, and helping ensure customers get the most out of their machines.

• Plan and manage weekly schedules and track customer activity in the CRM
• Conduct classroom, on‑site, and hands‑on training sessions
• Set up and operate equipment to demonstrate best‑in‑class productivity
• Perform product startups and equipment demonstrations
• Train on utility equipment including:
• Directional Boring Machines
• Mud Mixers & Reclaimers
• Truck & Trailer Vacs
• Plows, Trenchers, and Pile Drivers
• Proactively assess customer needs and recommend solutions
• Partner closely with the Vermeer Midwest sales team to share market insights and best practices

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license (ability to obtain CDL Class A preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
• A customer‑first mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• 2+ years of experience operating or repairing directional drilling and/or hydro vac equipment
• Post‑secondary education
• CDL Class A (or willingness to obtain)
