Vandergriff Chevrolet, in Arlington, TX, is looking for an Experienced Billing Clerk to help process our growing sales volume!
Job Responsibilities:
- Audit car deals for compliance with corporate documentation standards
- Verify that all required documents are completed and signed properly
- Process paperwork promptly and accurately
- Review and verify Sales Commissions
- Verify sales reporting and finalize rebate submissions
- Issue lien payoff checks and submit them to financial institutions
- Reconcile monthly schedules
- Perform various other accounting functions as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Strong analytical mindset and love of numbers
- close attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with great interpersonal instincts
- Collaborative spirit and a constant desire to learn and grow
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends at the end of the month
- Experienced in CDK and prior billing experience preferred
- Must pass Drug and Background checks
