This is a hands-on role supporting our warehouse solutions operations. You’ll help move, organize, and track materials, so our warehouse projects and service teams have what they need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of materials
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips
  • Accurately record inventory transactions and updates in Equipsoft (Excel-based program), maintaining real-time inventory integrity
  • Pick, stage, and prepare materials for jobs and field crews based on work orders and project needs
  • Organize and maintain warehouse layout to support efficient material flow and accurate inventory tracking
  • Label, store, and slot materials in designated locations in alignment with inventory management processes
  • Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits to ensure system accuracy
  • Identify, document, and report discrepancies such as damaged, missing, or misallocated materials
  • Partner closely with the Inventory Manager to support inventory control processes, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Follow established safety protocols, including proper use of equipment and safe material handling practices
  • Support general warehouse operations as needed, with a focus on maintaining organization and inventory accuracy

What You Bring:

  • Warehouse experience is helpful, but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet during the workday
  • Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Forklift experience is a plus, but training is available
  • Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
