Automotive Billing Clerk

As an integral member of our accounting team, you'll handle critical billing operations, ensuring precision and efficiency in our financial processes.

What You'll Do

• Process and post retail and wholesale vehicle deals accurately

• Manage payoff processes for trade-in vehicles and issue corresponding checks

• Handle Cash in Transit (CIT) and incentive management

• Reconcile dealer reserves and manage daily bank postings

• Oversee daily floorplan management and postings

• Generate weekly and monthly financial reports

• Assist with end-of-month closings and ensure timely financial submissions

What We're Looking For

• Experience in automotive dealership accounting is required

• Familiarity with CDK software is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines

• Must pass a pre-employment background check

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Automotive Billing experience: 3 years (preferred)
