What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Utilize modern diagnostic tools, manufacturer systems, and technical resources
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Perform repairs according to manufacturer specifications and dealership procedures
• Work closely with Service Advisors to communicate vehicle needs and repair recommendations
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and service leadership
• Participate in ongoing manufacturer training to stay current with evolving vehicle technology

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience (required)
• Dealership experience and manufacturer certifications strongly preferred
• ASE certification preferred
• Master Technician-level experience is highly valued
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle concerns
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and productivity
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements
