We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our Accounting and Finance team. This position is ideal for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex financial challenges, and takes pride in building accurate, efficient financial processes.

This is more than a traditional accounting role. You’ll become a trusted business partner supporting leadership through sound financial analysis, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvement across a growing, multi-entity organization.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and review monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of general ledger activity
Prepare journal entries, accruals, fixed asset schedules, and balance sheet reconciliations
Analyze financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Research accounting guidance and recommend practical solutions to complex accounting matters
Develop and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiencies
Collaborate with operational leaders to provide financial insight and decision support
Assist with special projects, acquisitions, and business initiatives as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

Active CPA license preferred 
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s degree preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience in either public accounting or private industry
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Exceptional analytical and organizational abilities
High level of accuracy with outstanding attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines
