The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Profit and Loss (P&L) management, inventory control, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest-friendly service. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Manage P&L statements to drive profitability and control costs
• Maintain accurate inventory management to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide outstanding guest experiences and foster a positive work environment
• Drive social media marketing initiatives and support event and catering operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations
• Handle customer feedback promptly to enhance satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Proven experience in P&L management and financial acumen
• Strong inventory management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a guest-friendly approach
• Leadership ability to manage and develop a diverse team, fostering a fun and safe work environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in social media marketing, events, and catering is a plus
• Prior experience managing a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
